EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer exchanges only for a different size in the pair you have ordered.

Chances are you won't need to exercise this option if you have consulted our very reliable Size Advisor chart before placing your order, and followed the suggestions accurately. We highly encourage you to do this before placing your order.

At present, this option is available only to customers in Asia. All extra shipping expenses will need to be borne by the customer.

JUJUs can be exchanged for a different size in the same style should you find that they are not fitting you perfectly when you receive them. In case the size you need is unavailable, you can exchange the pair for another design of the same value.

EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE:

To process an exchange, simply mail us at: info@thejujustudio.com within 24 hours of the package being delivered to you. You will need to mention your order number and the desired size in your email. Our team will get in touch with you with the details of the return process.

Once we receive the pair, it will be eligible for replacement after confirmation that it is in perfect condition. We will then process the exchange and ship out the replacement within 2 working days. You will be kept up-to-date throughout this process, and will be sent your tracking number for the new pair of JUJUs as soon as they are shipped to you.

RETURNS:

We strive for you to be happy with your JUJUs as soon as you receive them. But due to logistical constraints, we are unable to entertain returns or cancellations at this time. We hope to make this option available in the future. But until then, we advise you to follow our Size Advisor suggestions before placing your order.

We have taken great care in ensuring the accuracy of our Size Advisor to help you select the right size for yourself. And we have also taken a lot of effort to display every design’s colours as accurately as possible on our website. However, please remember that as computer monitors and phone screens vary in their resolution, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

BESPOKE JUJUs:

Please note that you will not be entitled to cancel or return an order for any bespoke or customized pair of JUJUs.
